Just had a facial at HB Nails on Beach Blvd and I'm already planning my next one.
From the minute I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome. No rush, no upsell, just genuinely friendly people who seemed happy I was there. My esthetician took time to ask about my skin before starting and explained what she was doing as she went. You can tell she's done this a long time and knows her stuff.
The facial itself was relaxing and thorough. My skin felt clean, smooth, and honestly better than it has in months. The room was spotless and calm, which made it easy to just unwind.
What stood out most was the care. They treat you like a regular even if it's your first visit. That's hard to find.
